Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


2. Shipping Options

Shipping options are selected at checkout. Customers may choose between:

  • Standard Delivery
  • Express Delivery

Delivery timeframes and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100.

This will be automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Europe Delivery: 3–7 working days
  • United States Delivery: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays and public holidays.


5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations, including the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.


6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Order number must be included in the parcel

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item changes.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email or Instagram.

  • We may provide a return shipping label for exchanges at our discretion
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and approved

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:
